WHAT YOU'LL FIND IN OUR ROOM?

Kadriorg is a special district in the centre of Tallinn, that people enjoy because of its peaceful and green environment. Therefore our cozy and historic-feeling space fits here perfectly. Our wish is to share Joseph H. Pilates' main principles that help raise people's quality of life through combining physical and mental training. In our place it is possible to carry out movement-based personal trainings or exercises for a smaller group of participants - pilates, yoga, meditation etc.

People need a safe and motivating environment to generate good ideas. What we offer differs from a typical office meeting room - participants can't be sat into chairs behind tables. Soft mats on the floor create a home-like feeling and encourage open and creative thinking. It is perfect for 1-on-1 conversations, workshops, lectures, seminars, presentations, meetings or spiritual gatherings.

You can rent pilates equipment also for training at home or other location.

Equipment for meetings or seminars:

  • projector (HDMI, VGA cable)
  • projector screen 175x175cm
  • paperboard, markers, A4 paper
  • speakers
  • WiFi internet
  • french press coffee maker, kettle 
  • water jugs, coffee, tea, cups
  • fridge, stove
  • plaids, pillows
You can rent projector and screen also for events in other locations.

ADDITIONAL INFO

For a comfortable event it is recommended to keep the number of participants around 15. 
In the next building there is a cafe/restaurant 
"7ürti" where it is possible to have lunch with your guests or to order snacks from. 
There is also a corner for kids to play with toys,  draw or build with Legos.
We are situated in Tallinn at J.Vilmsi 45a lower ground floor. It is a historical apartment building in 
Kadriorg, near Gonsiori street and Torupilli Selver.
Entrance is from the side of Vilmsi street, the door on the left. Unfortunately there is not enough space for parking right in front of the building, but free parking is not far (see map).
